About The Position
Support Services Group is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Agents to provide support for an agency that leads the nation in disaster relief. This role is for individuals passionate about helping others during times of need and seeking a fulfilling job. The company is looking for people to assist in this year's Disaster Relief Cause, supporting families affected by recent storms. When disaster strikes, America will look to you, and now the company looks to you to join their team.
Requirements
- Must have a good work history and positive Attendance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass criminal Background Check, and have no student loans in default.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Problem-solving and exploring alternative solutions.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service.
- Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers.
- Maintain call center databases by entering information and documenting customer interaction.
