About The Position
Sterling Car Rental is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Agent or Car Detailer. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick Up and delivery of rental cars to customers at local repair shops and homes.
- Presenting rental contracts to customers and reviewing rental rules and regulations and customer responsibilities.
- Answering phones and quoting rental rates and booking reservations
- Assistance with cleaning rental vehicles in between rentals.
