Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with questions regarding company services
- Handle routine customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up on customer requests when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Follow established customer service procedures
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions
- Support related administrative activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
