The agent will be the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Insurance License – willing to obtain a property and casualty insurance license.
  • Sales Skills – comfortable having conversations and recommending coverage.
  • Industry Knowledge – basic understanding of insurance products is helpful.
  • Attention to Detail – double-checking paperwork, policy changes, and client information.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and providing clients with a warm, helpful first impression.
  • Managing voicemails and callbacks.
  • Handling policy changes with accuracy and care.
  • Assisting with billing inquiries.
  • Organizing and managing mail, including sorting and scanning.
  • Assisting with the agency’s email inbox.
