About The Position

This role involves providing customer service support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with various operational functions within the company. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling phone calls, scheduling, and supporting sales and dispatch teams.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in HVAC CSR support preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and technicians.
  • Schedule service calls with customers utilizing the ERP and Outlook calendar systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as permit filing and customer rebate filings.
  • Schedule leads for salespeople on their calendars.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and dispatching when needed.
