About The Position

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking dedicated and professional Incoming Customer Service Representatives to support government programs in areas such as security, health and human services, and state benefits. This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization where communication, accuracy, and customer care are essential. As a member of our team, you will be a reliable point of contact, providing support, guidance, and resolution to individuals who depend on these services every day. Initial training will take place during your first two weeks. In this role, you will manage incoming customer interactions and provide timely and accurate support across a variety of service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Reliable, detail-oriented individuals capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in call-based settings
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough credentialing and background check process
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Private, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently
  • A USB headset must be provided by employees

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide a positive, solution-oriented experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets when necessary
  • Schedule appointments at designated service locations
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers remain informed
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment
