About The Position

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers of a major Internet Service Provider with questions and concerns regarding their internet service. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for support, information, and problem-solving. This is a 5-week project with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position based on performance and business needs. Applicants must reside in the United States and be located in AR, FL, GA, MI, NC, SC, OH, TX, UT, and VA.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Must reside in AR, FL, GA, MI, NC, SC, OH, TX, UT, or VA.
  • Windows 11-based PC only; Macs and Chromebooks are not permitted.
  • Dual monitors are required.
  • At least 16 GB RAM, with 12 GB usable.
  • CPU utilization must be at 50% or less.
  • At least 256 GB storage space; SSD preferred.
  • Ethernet/RJ-45 port is required.
  • Wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • Separate headset, keyboard, and mouse are required.
  • Download speed: 20 Mbps or higher.
  • Upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher.
  • Ping: 20 ms or less.
