You’ll take as many as 50 - 70 calls per day from customers who have questions about their health benefits. As they advocate, you’ll use your personality and our tools to help them through the health care benefits available to them, including helping them enroll in a new plan. This is no small opportunity. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Employees are expected for work one of our standard 8-hour shifts below with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends. 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST / 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM MST / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST / 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST / 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM MST / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST We offer a comprehensive 9-week paid training program. The hours during training will be 9:00am - 5:30pm CST from Monday - Friday. Please note that 100%25 attendance is required throughout the training period to ensure your success in the role.
