About The Position

Jiffy Lube Multicare is seeking full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs. The successful candidate confers with guests to determine or suggest diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while delivering an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
