About The Position

Come work for us! We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor. This role involves working with an amazing team in a fun environment, building trusting relationships with customers, and recommending products and services that best meet their needs. The advisor will create “Wow” moments for customers by showing commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Additionally, the role includes helping maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness, and following all safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• The ability to work at multiple locations based on business needs.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
