About The Position
Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs, for Jiffy Lube Multicare. The successful candidate confers with guests to determine or suggest diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing outstanding guest service and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required. The company describes itself as America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise. Jiffy Lube has over 2,000 locations.
