Your ability to coordinate service work, keep customers informed, and support operational excellence will help ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience coordinating service operations, processing work orders, invoices, purchase orders, or similar administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate business systems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, monitor repair progress, and proactively communicate schedules, updates, approvals, and completion details with customers.
  • Manage service-related documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, invoices, maintenance agreements, and repair records to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Track technician productivity, support performance improvement efforts, and help maintain service department KPIs and operational goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Parts, Rental, Accounting, and other teams to deliver seamless service solutions and exceptional customer support.
