About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work with a team in a fun environment. The role focuses on building trusting customer relationships, recommending products and services that meet customer needs, and providing outstanding service and hospitality. The advisor also helps maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness and follows company safety procedures and appearance expectations.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
