About The Position

Stanley Steemer is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a REMOTE Customer Service Agent (CSA). If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity! This role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and upselling/cross-selling services to maximize value. The ideal candidate is a motivated, ambitious team player with a passion for customer service and sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Applicants MUST have their own computer, two monitors, high-speed internet, webcam, and a USB headset
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer skills
Dependable and punctual
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Stays calm and professional
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Background check and drug test
At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and engaging manner
Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value
Actively upsell and cross-sell services by educating customers on available options and benefits
Consistently ask for the sale and work to close every opportunity presented
Consistently work to meet or exceed sales metrics
Stay engaged, present, and performance-driven throughout each shift
