Requirements

  • 2+ years employment in a production based environment preferred
  • Previous SAP experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Register products arriving for service in SAP based on business procedures by brand, financial structure and by customer type and equipment.
  • Input the customer request and product conditions (based on aesthetic check).
  • Take photographs of inbound products to ensure accurate representation of product conditions before repair.
  • Ensure brand policies are correctly followed when creating the cost estimates to ensure accurate pricing based on Maison guidelines.
  • Ensure that the factory cost estimate reflects the customer’s request and that an explanation is provided when a different service and/or spare parts are proposed that do not align with the customer request.
