About The Position

gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is seeking a Customer Service/Administrative Associate (CS&AA) for a full-time position at Robins AFB, GA. This role involves providing essential administrative and customer service support within the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division. The associate will be responsible for preparing various documents, managing databases and spreadsheets, ensuring timely case management, and coordinating with different facilities. Effective communication with a wide range of personnel, including government officials and military members, is crucial. The position requires a Tier 1 – National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) security clearance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of processing and managing physical exams and medical standards using military medical environments (e.g., USAF PES), or through equivalent civilian aeromedical, occupational health, or disability evaluation system environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Portable Document Format (PDF) software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient typing skills utilizing QWERTY and 9-key pads.
  • Possess or obtain a favorable Tier 1 (T1) – National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or meet the current requirements of DoDM 1000.13-M-VI.
  • U.S. Citizen and U.S. Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior USAF Surgeon General (SG) or USAF medical office support.
  • Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents, and review/finalize documents prepared by others.
  • Perform clerical and administrative services, including producing databases, spreadsheets, and graphics using automated programs and software.
  • Comply with all policies of the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division and ensure appropriate, timely, and complete case management workflow.
  • Attend meetings for case discussions and provide administrative computer support as needed.
  • Complete required monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
  • Communicate necessary information for case adjudication and workflow to case management providers.
  • Coordinate activities with ACS, RS, and other referring facilities.
  • Ensure administrative due outs are performed and completed as directed.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of four training sources conducted by the SGP division.
  • Receive telephone calls and return messages within 2 duty days of receipt.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, commanders, first sergeants, MAJCOMs, and AFMEDCOM, and resolve conflicts.
  • Review and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
  • Screen incoming mail/calls/emails to identify items requiring escalation, referral, rerouting, or internal handling.
