About The Position

This role functions as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all accounts in the assigned territory, handling communication via phone, email, and fax. The specialist will support field sales representatives, manage customer purchase orders from entry to fulfillment, and handle customer complaints from initiation to resolution. Additionally, the role involves establishing positive business relationships, educating customers on product offerings, and working with the sales team to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

2 or more years’ customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Proven ability to resolve customer issues creatively and effectively
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
