About The Position

Join a dynamic team at a global leader in aviation aftermarket services! As a Customer Sales Support professional, you’ll deliver world-class support to airlines, MROs, and brokers, helping them navigate orders and technical services. This is a one-year onsite contract with three immediate openings, offering both first and second shift options. Located at 850 Lagoon Drive, Chula Vista, CA, this role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• US citizenship required
• 2-4 years of customer support, order management, or high-profile customer relationship management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
• Experience using CRM systems such as MS Dynamics and Salesforce
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience with SAP or equivalent business systems
• Participation in continuous improvement activities
• Additional language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for airlines, MROs, and brokers regarding aftermarket spares orders, product information, and account support
• Guide customers through the global Spares and Technical Service Customer Portal
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
• Process orders, quotes, and credit releases according to established procedures
• Collaborate with shipping, inventory, and provisioning teams to track and expedite shipments
• Support invoice payments and maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM MS Dynamics, and Salesforce
• Deliver daily work output reports to management and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date product and organizational knowledge to provide accurate support
