Requirements

  • Strong communicator who actually likes people
  • Positive, high-energy, professional
  • Comfortable with sales conversations
  • Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
  • Can juggle multiple things in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-comfortable (scheduling systems, basic software)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in fitness, martial arts, sales, or customer service — and a personal passion for any of the above.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests, build real relationships, and own the energy at the front desk.
  • Handle scheduling, account questions, and anything that keeps members happy and engaged.
  • Respond fast to leads by phone, text, and email.
  • Run facility tours, present our programs with confidence, and convert prospects into trial members — then trials into long-term members.
  • Consistent follow-up is the job.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby sharp.
  • Support opening and closing, process memberships and retail transactions accurately, and help with daily admin and reporting.
