About The Position
Join the Spikes and Houles Team as a Customer Sales Representative – Forest Lake. We’re hiring a seasonal Customer Sales Representative to join our energetic team. If you’re ready for a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same, this might be the perfect fit. You’ll assist customers with everything from pet care to lawn and garden solutions—and have fun doing it.
Requirements
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during day time and weekend hours.
- 18+ years old.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly—you’ll be on your feet and active
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- A friendly attitude, solid communication skills, and a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right products for their pets, gardens, and lawns
- Operate registers and handle transactions smoothly
- Set up displays, stock shelves, and keep things organized
- Receive inventory and assist with store maintenance
- Cross train with warehouse equipment and operations
- Load customer vehicles
- Water plants, care for chicks, and keep our outdoor displays looking great
- Take on special projects and lend a hand wherever needed
