About The Position

The CSA greets customers and ensures a smooth car rental transaction by following all SOPs and work instructions. The CSA offers optional supplementary products, handles phone and counter inquiries, addresses customer concerns, and guides customers through the rental transaction.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report
Must be 21 years of age or have held a Driver's License for 3 years
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
Ability to work well with a team
Customer service and sales orientation
Passion for helping others
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Handle rental car transactions to accommodate customers
Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
Receive telephone calls and handle or route customer-related issues
Complete, review, and submit various reports to the supervisor or manager
Maintain and update rental agreement files
Enter and maintain information in location logs
Complete car exchange requests in the computer system
Communicate with shuttle drivers
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or required
