About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor with a knack for customer interaction. Ideally, you will have retail sales experience, but experience in other customer-focused sales environments is also welcome. We provide product knowledge and skills training to help you excel in demonstrating and explaining our products, as well as understanding our fitting services. We are committed to employee development, offering support for career progression within Retail or other areas of the Group.

Requirements

Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
Problem solving skills
Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
