About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor who has a knack with customers and ideally has retail sales experience or experience in another customer-focused sales environment. The role involves demonstrating and explaining products, providing fitting services, and working towards sales targets. The company invests heavily in training to support career development within Retail or the wider Group.

Requirements

Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
Problem solving skills
Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
