About The Position

We have an opening for Customer Returns/Defectives at our Calgary location. This role is crucial in managing cancelled non-stock products, arranging returns to vendors, inspecting returned items, and processing customer credits. The position also involves close collaboration with vendors and the Purchasing department, maintaining an organized returns area, and performing other warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements

• Knowledge of product plumbing products
• Ability to work with a daily vendor schedule
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deal with cancelled non-stock product
• Arrange for product to be returned to vendors
• Inspect returned product and process customer credits
