About The Position

Budget has an opening at the Kansas City Airport for a Returns Agent who will be responsible for checking in cars and inspecting them for damage. This is a customer-facing role that requires customer service experience, the ability to accurately record numbers, make detailed observations about returned vehicles, and learn return policies and procedures. The role involves standing and walking short distances throughout the day. The shift times are Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record in the last 3 years
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
• Some experience with customers
• Ability to stand and walk short distances throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Checking in cars
• Inspecting cars for damage
• Recording numbers
• Making and recording detailed observations about returned vehicles
• Becoming knowledgeable about return policies and procedures
