About The Position

This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll connect with clients who have requested information, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs. We approach sales as an extension of customer service—focused on trust, education, and long-term relationships, not pressure. Key aspects include no cold calling as clients request information, full training and mentorship provided, and a clear path into leadership based on performance.

Requirements
