Interacts with customers by phone, email and/or in person to quote customer airframe/ accessories component repairs and assist the customer with concerns, questions and requests. This role involves coordinating customer service needs with other departments, responding to customer needs, and developing relationships with both external customers and assigned Sales Representatives. The representative will ensure timely delivery and response to quotes, review and analyze status reports, and coordinate with customers and shops on warranty issues, including developing and submitting warranty paperwork. The position also involves preparing reports on customer service activities, handling complaints and disputes, assisting in evaluating service commitments, potentially visiting customer premises to resolve problems, and assisting in maintaining customer capability listings.
