Customer Rental Sales Agent
About The Position
Budget is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Rental Agent to join our Lincoln team. This role is a great fit for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or operations who enjoys working with customers while also taking ownership of important day-to-day responsibilities. As a Rental Agent, you'll assist clients by finalizing reservations, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also support the daily operation by helping with car cleaning, vehicle inspections, inventory, callbacks, and other duties needed to support the reservation process. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable staying busy, working independently, supporting the team, and taking on responsibilities that help keep the operation running smoothly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Problem resolution experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
