About The Position

Join Fidelity’s team of Customer Relationship Advocates in a career development experience designed to support early-career growth through personalized support, skill development, and training. As a licensed professional, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and helping Fidelity clients with needs such as trade requests, money movement, and online support. The program includes three milestones. During licensing preparation, you will study for and obtain the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, sponsored by Fidelity, with paid study time and resources including licensing coaches and workshops. During skill development, you will handle more complex customer calls while setting aside time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. As you build proficiency, you will explore career paths through job shadowing and Fidelity’s career center. The position is currently onsite one week (all five days) out of every four weeks. Fidelity is transitioning toward a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout, and onsite expectations may evolve. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
