About The Position

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model. This role is currently required to be onsite every other week, with expectations to evolve. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Join our team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA). In the Skill Development phase, you’ll handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network.
