About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing company located in South Jersey. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system. Harris is currently in search of an experienced Customer Relations Specialist!

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient typist and easily adapt to new software applications
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate
  • 1 year of experience

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Building positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service
  • Troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to customers
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge.
