About The Position

Blossman Gas & Appliance seeks customer-oriented applicants for the position of Customer Relations Specialist at their growing location in Douglasville. This role is a primary, first line of contact for customers, handling telephone interactions, coordinating daily closeout and deposit, posting payments, scheduling deliveries and services, and promoting/selling appliances and services. The position blends customer-care, computer work, and consultative selling in a fast-paced retail setting. Blossman Gas is America's largest, independent propane company with over 85 locations in 12 states.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Solutions-minded
• Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced, retail setting with regular interactions in-person and by telephone with customers
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Reliable; solid work ethic
• Desire to work M-F from 8-5 with limited overtime
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment steps
• Friendly with solid organizational skills
• Strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy
