About The Position

The Customer Relations Specialist will provide essential administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related sales programs
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to specialized accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to sales department inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support existing and new customers regarding services and quotes.
  • Assist with distributing mass mailings and sending out information packets to potential customers.
  • Field prospective customer calls and follow-up calls with the goal of obtaining new customers.
  • Update customer account information and enter new shipping accounts into the system to ensure correct billing records.
  • Compile monthly sales spreadsheets for analysis by management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Provide dedicated support to key shippers within the region.
