About The Position

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing issues, and helping to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with CRM or TMS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about the logistics industry.
  • Team player mindset, adaptable, and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to support company goals and deliver high-quality service.
