Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced, retail setting.
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Reliable with a solid work ethic.
• Desire to work Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with limited overtime.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment steps.
• Friendly with solid organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy.

Nice To Haves

• Some college or an earned degree is helpful.
• Experience in retail/clerical/customer-service.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work at times.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, first line of contact for customers.
• Answer telephones.
• Coordinate daily closeout and deposit.
• Post payments.
• Schedule gas deliveries and other services.
• Promote and sell Blossman's core line of appliances and services.
• Blend customer care, computer work, and consultative selling.
