The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Key responsibilities involve securing firearms, checking in vendor representatives, handling merchandise returns, selling hunting and fishing licenses, and administering incentive and reward programs. The associate is expected to maintain product knowledge, stay aware of advertised sales, keep their work area clean and stocked, and follow all company policies and procedures. A core part of the role is to provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
