Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, MRP Software).
  • Proficient SAP experience in a similar role with working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and superior analytical skills.
  • 100% verbal and written English skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Materials experience with working knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) concepts, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel less than 5%.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, collaborate and input all customer schedules into SSW MRP system.
  • Create shipping and sales plans routinely in collaboration with site controller.
  • Analyze data from customers for accuracy and on time compliance.
  • Evaluate, create and report on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
  • Invoice Customers on all shipments.
  • Maintain records daily.
  • Effectively monitor and input data into the SAP system.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, customer changes).
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
  • Maintain Customer Scorecards and improve scoring thereof.
  • Collaborate and communicate all customer rejections to the site Quality team.
  • Collaborate with plant controller to communicate weekly and monthly demand projections.
  • All other duties as assigned.
