Customer Relations Coordinator (Inside Sales) - Roofing
About The Position
Rhino-Back Roofing is a $30M+ residential roofing and insurance restoration company proudly serving Connecticut. With 820+ five-star Google reviews, we've built our reputation on delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding results. We're looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC), someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is ready to grow with our company. You’ll be a primary point of contact for homeowners building long-term relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Review project expectations and final scope of work with homeowners. Present and sell project upgrades and add-on services. Move projects into production while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. No construction experience is required. We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience, strongly preferred
- Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
