The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers. This role supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The associate will identify and evaluate customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote company programs. They will also handle merchandise returns, process refunds/exchanges, sort returns, sell hunting and fishing licenses, and administer incentive and reward programs. Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of advertised sales is also key. The associate will keep their work area clean, neat, and well-stocked, and follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
