The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers promptly and friendly, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. Responsibilities also include securing firearms, checking in vendor representatives, completing visitor logs, controlling visitor badges, handling merchandise returns and associated paperwork, sorting returns, selling hunting and fishing licenses, administering incentive and reward programs, maintaining product knowledge, staying aware of advertised sales, and keeping the work area clean, neat, and well-stocked. The associate is expected to provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting in buying decisions, identifying and evaluating customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
