About The Position

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Customer Relations Associate to join our team in the Milwaukee area. If you’re friendly, confident, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work in a customer-facing environment while representing nonprofit campaigns in the local community. You’ll spend your day speaking directly with customers, answering questions, creating positive interactions, and helping the organizations we represent connect with more people.

Requirements

  • Has a positive and professional attitude
  • Is dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
  • Is willing to learn and responds well to coaching

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or another people-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations
  • Introducing nonprofit campaigns and explaining their work
  • Answering questions clearly and professionally
  • Building rapport with different people throughout the day
  • Helping interested customers learn how they can support current campaigns
  • Providing a friendly and positive customer experience
  • Working alongside the team toward daily campaign goals
