We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and grit-driven Customer Reactivation Marketing Manager to lead our Reactivation Flow department. In this role, you aren’t just sending emails; you are a storyteller and a strategist. You will be responsible for re-engaging past customers, optimizing lifecycle flows, and leading a creative team to hit aggressive conversion goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Email marketing experience, especially in lifecycle, retention, or reactivation campaigns.
  • Ability to manage, monitor, and optimize ongoing workflows, ensuring they function as intended and are continuously improved.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, long-running flows without losing precision.
  • Clear and confident communicator capable of collaborating cross-functionally and escalating issues when needed.
  • Comfortable working with customer lifecycle data, performance metrics, and iterative testing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and Google Workspace is required.
  • Must have a foundational understanding of graphic design principles, as well as an understanding of current marketing theory and strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with Klaviyo, copywriting, and subscription-based business models is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, build, and optimize end-to-end reactivation flows using Klaviyo and other CRM tools.
  • Partner with data analysts to interpret key performance indicators, implementing rapid changes to increase conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with the promotion and marketing director to create new campaigns and report on the effectiveness of past campaigns.
  • Strategize to make campaigns more effective
