What You'll OwnOrganic SEO & Local Search Dominance Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for healthcare organizations — technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO (Google Business Profile), and content strategy Drive "near me" and condition-specific search visibility so our customers' practices rank #1 when patients are actively looking for care Develop SEO playbooks and best practices tailored to multi-location health systems and specialty practices Conduct competitive audits, keyword research, and content gap analyses to identify high-intent patient acquisition opportunities Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, and patient conversion from organic channels Paid Media & Performance Marketing (PPC) Architect and manage Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic campaigns focused on patient acquisition with measurable cost-per-patient-acquired metrics Build sophisticated audience targeting strategies — geo-targeting, condition-based targeting, retargeting dormant patients, and lookalike modeling Optimize landing pages, ad creative, and conversion funnels to maximize patient capture rates while minimizing cost per acquisition Manage campaign budgets and deliver transparent ROAS reporting to healthcare customers on a monthly and quarterly basis A/B test ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance Patient Journey Optimization & Reactivation Design and deploy multi-channel patient reactivation campaigns (email, SMS, voice AI) to re-engage dormant populations across our customers' panels Map and optimize the end-to-end digital patient journey — from awareness through scheduling, pre-visit, arrival, and post-visit follow-up Leverage Steer Health's AI platform (Luna AI, FastTrackCare) to create personalized, automated patient outreach at scale Analyze patient behavior data to identify drop-off points and implement conversion rate optimization strategies Build segmentation strategies based on patient demographics, visit history, risk scores, and engagement patterns Customer-Facing Strategy & Delivery Serve as the marketing strategist for Steer Health's enterprise customers — presenting campaign strategies, performance reviews, and growth recommendations directly to C-suite and marketing leaders at health systems Develop customized marketing playbooks for each customer based on their market, patient demographics, competitive landscape, and growth goals Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate value and ROI to healthcare executives Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure marketing strategies align with platform capabilities
