ThreatDown is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, engagement, and expansion initiatives across our customer base. This role is dedicated to supporting our retention business with targeted lifecycle programs that increase product adoption, strengthen engagement, improve renewal outcomes, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role partners closely with Retention, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to build cohesive lifecycle strategies that drive onboarding success, product utilization, expansion readiness, renewal performance, and long-term customer growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and experienced in building scalable lifecycle marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment with a strong understanding of retention and expansion motions.
