The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for managing product quality from the perspective of customers, customer service, and technical support. Focus on product performance throughout the entire production life cycle including resolving field concerns, providing technical support, and supporting product returns. This individual will also manage Return Material Authorization (RMA), field data integrity, responding to data trends, replacement inventory, and warranty evaluation. This individual will directly with customer service, technical support, and sales support to review customer reports, Quality escalations, and warranty claims.
