About The Position

Bosch is seeking a Customer Project Manager to be responsible for project management deliverables, including initiation, implementation, and closure. The role involves achieving and maintaining project targets and KPIs such as on-time delivery, specification adherence, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction. The Customer Project Manager will drive initiatives to improve commercial performance, monitor and control project execution, and implement countermeasures. This position requires maintaining accurate project status reports and presenting updates to leadership, as well as leading interdisciplinary project teams and fostering strong team and customer satisfaction through clear communication. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, organizing and leading meetings to ensure project objectives are met. Responsibilities include coordinating Hardware/Software deliveries for customer milestones, overseeing product launches, and performing risk management, quality management, and problem resolution. Change management, including requirement management, estimation, and quotation, is also a key part of the role, along with adherence to company guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects for the automotive industry.
  • Project Experience in all project phases (initiation, planning, execution & control, closing).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project management deliverables (Project initiation, implementation and closure.)
  • Responsible for achievement and maintenance of project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on quality, on budget/ profit, customer satisfaction).
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and improve commercial performance. (EBIT, EBIT hunting, change management, resource/sample profitability, etc.)
  • Monitor and control project execution, define and implement countermeasures.
  • Maintain accurate project status reports and present updates to leadership.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Foster strong team and customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and all project stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead customer and internal meetings to ensure the project deliverables fulfill project objectives.
  • Coordination of Hardware/Software deliveries to support customer milestones, including delivery of samples and series release.
  • Oversee successful product launches.
  • Perform and lead for risk management, quality management and problem resolution management, including the identification, analysis, implementation and evaluation of measures together with the cross functional team.
  • Coordinate change management, including requirement management, estimation and quotation.
  • Adherence to company guidelines, policies and legal terms.
