As the Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM), you will be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, providing ongoing technical and business support for assigned regions, products, or coverage areas. This position requires a high level of operational judgment and offers moderate autonomy. You will influence the development of strategy for your area of responsibility, interpret business challenges, recommend best practices, and stay informed of industry trends. The role involves making decisions and handling complex tasks using judgment, assessing information quality, and offering new solutions. You may also lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements and complexity, communicating difficult concepts and influencing others' opinions.
