Requirements
- Has a strong work history and can handle physically demanding tasks
- Brings a positive, team-first attitude every day
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high customer interaction environment
- Communicates well and provides excellent customer service
- Can work a flexible schedule (including weekends and early hours)
- Strong customer service mindset is a must
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse or heavy lifting experience is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Load purchased furniture and merchandise into customers’ vehicles (yes, there will be heavy lifting!)
- Handle products with care as you move them throughout the department
- Deliver a great customer experience—make eye contact, engage, and represent the Homemakers brand
- Verify customer identity and obtain signatures at pick-up
- Keep the area clean and safe (sweeping, organizing, etc.)
- Support teammates wherever needed—this is a team effort!
- Help train new team members
- Share ideas with leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow
- Follow all operational and safety procedures
