About The Position

Under limited supervision, provides support to designated customers to create orders and monitor process from PO creation through order delivery. Primary communications are received via email, and orders and questions received are complex and non-routine. Uses CRM and other systems tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Orders processed are for complex involving multiple parts and requires tracking and coordinating multiple shipments. Builds relationship with assigned customers. May answer questions from lower level team members.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of related experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

Responsibilities

Processes complex orders based on customer requests.
Checks on pricing and availability of products.
May work with internal teams to process orders that are engineered to order.
Partners with shipping department to ensure timeliness in completion, and proactively reaches out to customers if there are any changes to the shipping schedule.
Assists with warranty and replacing parts damaged upon receipt.
