About The Position

Caesars Sportsbook, America’s leading sports book provider is adding a Customer Operations Supervisor to our Payments and Fraud Team at our office in Las Vegas, NV. Reporting to the KYC Manager; you are key to processing new customer applications, handling customer accounts, making account adjustments, handle and securing sensitive customer data (PII), and supporting our sportsbooks and management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the world’s leading sports betting company.

Requirements

  • 1 + years Customer Support experience
  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of experience dealing with private/sensitive customer data
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Generate win/loss statements for customers
  • Generate deposit/withdrawal statements for customers
  • Updating customer mobile account addresses/phone numbers/emails
  • Update documentation on file such as driver’s licenses
  • Processing KYC documentation
  • Selfie Sign-Ups
  • Onfido Submissions
  • Ontario Reviews
  • Nevada Paper Applications
  • Perform account adjustments
  • Respond to Support emails in a timely manner
  • Responsible for organization of documents to be scanned.
  • Work in accordance with department policy & procedures to comply with gaming statutes and regulations.
  • Other duties as required
